Nestled in the heart of a picturesque rural setting, this bespoke dwelling has been crafted to provide the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern functionality. With a preference for traditional architecture and materials, our clients also appreciated the qualities of light, spatial flow and simplicity, which is reflective of a more contemporary aesthetic.

The exterior is inclusive of traditional materials featuring a successful combination of brick and timber cladding. The pitched roof, gable ends and dormer windows are a nod to traditional architecture, whist the rear feature windows and large sliding folding doors offer a more contemporary touch.

 

Inside, the home boasts an array of high-quality spaces designed to meet the needs of modern family living. The open-plan areas provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for both relaxation and entertainment. The feature, central stairwell is flooded with natural light from a large feature window creating a welcoming connection between the stories, whilst blending traditional materials with modern design to create a space that is both functional and beautiful.

The first floor includes four spacious bedrooms arranged around the central stair, inclusive of en-suite bathrooms with stylish fixtures and fittings.
