Situated in South London, this residential development introduces nine thoughtfully designed three-bedroom homes, enhancing the local landscape with a modern architectural approach. The project replaces an existing end-of-terrace property with a cohesive development featuring off-street parking, private gardens, and new communal cycle storage.

The original concept design was prepared by others. DH Architecture + Design Ltd was subsequently appointed to secure planning permission for two additional residential units and design amendments, and deliver the detailed technical design, regulatory coordination, CGI visualisation, landscaping design, and construction-stage development of the scheme.

Respecting the surrounding area and existing planning approvals, the design comprises three blocks of residences. Each unit has been crafted to maximise space and light across three floors, aligning with high standards of thermal performance and sustainability. Traditional materials blend seamlessly with contemporary design elements, creating a balanced and refined aesthetic.

With direct access to local amenities and transport, these homes provide an attractive option for residents seeking well-connected living.
